1. About Us

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that all details provided (name, address, phone) are true and accurate.

3. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display products, colours and prices accurately. Product images are representative. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of all taxes. Prices and availability may change without notice. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by SMS/confirmation on the website with an Order ID. We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or delivery-service limitations in your area — in which case any prepaid amount is refunded in full.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payments (UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking) processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or expiry date.

6. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered in 3–7 business days across India. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999, otherwise ₹49. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

7-day easy returns on unused products in original packaging. Refunds for prepaid orders go to the original payment method within 5–7 business days; COD order refunds go to your bank account/UPI. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, place fraudulent orders, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt the service. Bulk/reseller orders may be cancelled at our discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos and images on this website belong to FePadPay Store and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or delays caused by courier partners, strikes, natural calamities or other force-majeure events.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. We will first try to resolve any complaint amicably within 30 days.
